We are serving to manufacture electrostatic painting equipment and manual/full automatic painting facilities. We started a production process in direction of the requirements and deficiencies in the painting sector. Computer assisted PLC controlled painting facilities which can be run by manual or automatic and saving of chemical substances by using feed back system which was developed for spray cleaning facilities. These confirm that GÜN-KA considers important to save time and money. GÜN-KA installs the carrying conveyor lines suitable for the painting facilities. The system may be planned to have air or ground conveyors instead of automatic lubrication and diving caterpillar mechanism. Also we manufacture and assemble long air carrying and stock conveyor lines.

We produce cataphoresis lines for iron-phosphate, zinc-phosphate, chromium based plating before painting process and surface cleaning, preparation lines, automatic or manual powder dye coating booths for mono or multisiklon filtered types water based or conventional dye units; water screened, filtered, disc for various purposes wet varnish, lac application systems, wet or powder enameled applications booths.
